Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and FAFO Coach, operated by Anis Dhahir. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read the health disclaimer carefully.

The service

FAFO Coach provides AI-assisted training and nutrition coaching based on data from the services you connect. It is for general fitness and informational purposes.

Not medical advice. FAFO Coach is not a medical device, doctor, dietitian or healthcare provider, and nothing it produces is medical, clinical or professional advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something the app told you. If you feel unwell during exercise, stop and seek help.

Health and assumption of risk

Exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your own health, safety and decisions. You confirm you are physically able to follow the guidance you choose to act on.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use FAFO Coach.
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information so the coaching is meaningful.

Connected services

When you connect Strava, WHOOP, Google or another service, you authorise FAFO Coach to access the relevant data on your behalf. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

Acceptable use

FAFO Coach is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't misuse it — no attempting to break, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use it unlawfully.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every insight will be accurate.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAFO Coach is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the coaching will be accurate, reliable or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anis Dhahir will not be liable for any injury, loss or damages arising from your use of FAFO Coach or your reliance on its guidance, including any health outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using FAFO Coach and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
